Looking ahead to next week (1-14-19 through 1-18-19) and exams (Quarter 2 and exams)
Personal Finance 1st and 6th Hours:
-We are going to finish up our Credit cards unit. Please feel free to check out the lessons and resources on practicalmoneyskills.com Look under grades 7-8. We will have 4 questions from all the lesson quizzes up to (and including) the chapter on Credit Cards.
-Our Exams (yes, we will have an exam in both classes) will be the same exam that was given at the beginning of the year. It is about 65 questions long, and will be taken online.
Basic Science (4th hour)
-We will be completing our unit on Gravity with some activities and video clips. There will be a quiz on Gravity either Thursday or Friday.
-Our exam will take place on Thursday at 9:40. You will be required to be here, and the exam will be online. It is the same exam we took at the beginning of the year, and will measure your progress on the material.
Biology-Team Taught 2nd Hour
-We will continue with the Digestive system this week. We will have one quiz on Monday, and there is a possibility of one more before the marking period is over. We will give out exam reviews as soon as we determine how far we will get in the Digestive system unit. Be sure to study all of your notes for the first semester, and check out any resources we have included on the google classroom site!
